Free Express Delivery

Free Express Delivery on all orders over $100 delivered via Australia Post.

For all orders under $100, a flat rate of $11.95 for Express Post or $8.95 for Standard Parcel Post applies.

We deliver to residential addresses, business addresses and PO boxes. When shipping to a business address please specify the business name together with a contact name for delivery. 

Shipping Timeframe

Most orders are processed and despatched within 1 business day of the order being placed. However, during periods of high demand such as Cyber Sales, Black Friday and Christmas, orders may take slightly longer to be processed through our warehouse. Once we despatch your order, you will receive an email with your order tracking information. 

Tracking Your Order

Please use the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email to track your shipment.

Due to the unprecedented demand and issues caused by COVID-19, many shipping carriers are experiencing delays in delivering packages. There are also additional security checks currently in place for all interstate parcels at Australian borders and as a result, updates to your parcel's tracking information may take a little longer than normal. Your patience and support during this time is greatly appreciated. Once your tracking information is available, please check your tracking information to see the delivery status of your new Spacetalk device.
